So, year 2010 and people still fearful when shopping online. I guess its only natural for a 50 plus guys tough must of that generation already feel comfortable when shopping online especially when looking for the best price, they biggest variety and when in need to save time.

Everyone understands. They web is the place to shop. In a global economy I see no point fight progress. Better to learn how to fit in an use it to your advantage.
